Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties at our communities. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and routine upkeep under supervision, ensuring safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical knowledge, with opportunities for training, growth, and engagement in a diverse, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect access protocols.
• Ensure maintenance items are stored safely to prevent injuries.
• Attend training sessions and work with vendors as instructed.
