Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in the Orchard Mesa area. The technician will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including appliance repair, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and pool/spa upkeep, ensuring properties meet high standards of curb appeal and rent-readiness after vacancies.

The position requires 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work independently and flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, basic painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, and common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and communicate delays to management.
