Job summary

HNN Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will maintain the physical condition of the community, complete work orders, and help prepare make-ready apartments.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with hourly pay of $22.00 to $22.50 and bonus potential. We offer robust benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of maintenance-related experience.
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and general repairs.
• Able to communicate in English and use basic software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and general upkeep of the community.
• Complete work orders within policy timeframes and standards.
• Prepare make-ready apartment homes including painting, flooring, cleaning and rekeying.
• Maintain community grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
