Job summary

Thrive Communities seeks a maintenance technician in Seattle, WA to perform unit turns and routine repairs. This is a full-time, in-person role with after-hours work as needed. Compensation is $23–$25 per hour, with strong growth opportunities and full benefits.

You will partner with leasing staff and managers to ensure smooth operations, maintain property grounds, and respond to emergencies. Some after-hours availability and valid driving may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in property management.
• Must be able to supply own tools and operate a vehicle on site.
• English data entry into software programs and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.
• Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Inspects and coordinates repairs and safety checks on site.
