Senior Resource Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee daily property upkeep and the physical asset under the direction of the Maintenance Director. This role offers room for advancement and hands-on work on building systems.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making ready vacant units, and contributing to preventative maintenance within budget. HVAC skills and painting ability are preferred, with emphasis on reliable, quality service.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and share information.
• Follows safety and procedure guidelines.
• Experience or training aligned with building maintenance is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders as assigned by the maintenance leadership.
• Make-ready vacant apartments as directed.
• Operate within budgetary limits for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost efficiency.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage as scheduled.
• Perform grounds and basic landscaping tasks as directed.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Paint surfaces; HVAC skills are preferred.
