Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, on-site maintenance and exceptional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager to keep the property well-maintained.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, turnover projects within 3–5 business days, preventive maintenance, safety, and inventory. Valid driver’s license and EPA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days if required at a property.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and finalize turnover checklist.
• Conduct common area maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, and other structural issues; report and address as needed.
• Support and implement preventive maintenance programs for assigned areas.
• Ensure safety of all equipment and facilities; maintain organized and clean work areas; observe safety guidelines.
