Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and safety tasks across our apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

You will respond to resident requests, perform inspections, and collaborate with a maintenance team to keep units, common areas, and equipment in excellent condition. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings,

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of Bell Core Values.
• 1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications may be required in some communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work Weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and obtain proper authority before entering units.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow OSHA and safety requirements, and maintain regular attendance.
