Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance and Groundskeeper to perform preventative maintenance on Association components, focusing on exterior areas and grounds. The role requires painting, drywall repairs, and a proactive approach to upkeep.

Responsibilities include cleaning duties, waste disposal, floor care, stocking storage areas, and completing work orders. Candidates should have at least 2 years in groundskeeping or janitorial and be capable of emergency response when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors and common areas using standard cleaning equipment.
• Maintain storage areas and carts, keeping them stocked and tidy.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic appeal, repainting when necessary.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
