Job summary

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and grounds of the Boynton Beach property, ensuring a clean, neat appearance and safety for residents and guests.

You will operate cleaning equipment, perform routine cleaning of common areas, report maintenance needs, and follow all safety procedures. Two years in groundskeeping or janitorial and knowledge of cleaning products are required. This is a on-site role with outdoor work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
