Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting in Florida is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, ensuring a clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing property.

You will perform trash removal, floor care in common areas, stocking, and complete work orders, while inspecting spaces and reporting maintenance needs.

Two years in groundskeeping or janitorial, knowledge of cleaning products, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Ability to react to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors and common areas using brooms, mops, power scrubbing, power washing and waxing machines.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Routinely inspect common areas to ensure they are maintained clean and aesthetically appealing; paint when necessary.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and swimming pool areas.
• Wash outdoor walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
• Report maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Observe precautions to protect Residents, guests and property; report damages, theft, and found articles.
