Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and grounds of the property, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. The role focuses on outdoor work and routine cleaning tasks to support residents and staff.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in groundskeeping or janitorial, knowledge of cleaning products, and the ability to follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Ability to react to emergencies in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain floors and common areas.
• Keep storage areas and carts clean and tidy.
• Complete required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas for cleanliness and improve as needed.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
• Wash outdoor walls, ceilings, and woodwork as needed.
• Report maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Observe safety precautions to protect residents and property.
