Job summary

KW Property Management seeks a Maintenance and Groundskeeper to perform preventive maintenance on association components and keep exterior areas clean and well-kept. The role involves painting and drywall repairs, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring safe, orderly grounds.

Responsibilities include cleaning, reporting issues to the Building Maintenance Department, and maintaining pool deck and beach areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors and common areas.
• Maintain storage areas and carts clean and tidy.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas to ensure cleanliness and paint when necessary.
• Report maintenance items to Building Maintenance Department.
• Maintain pool deck and beach area.
