Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas and property grounds. You will perform routine cleaning, upkeep, and reporting to the Building Maintenance Department, ensuring safety and a neat appearance for Residents and guests.

Requirements include at least two years in groundskeeping or janitorial, knowledge of cleaning products, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Must be able to react and address emergencies promptly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors and common areas with cleaning equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Complete all required forms and work orders.
• Inspect common areas to ensure maintenance and appearance are kept up to standard.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Report maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Observe safety precautions to protect Residents and property.
