Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of assigned areas and grounds. The role requires basic cleaning duties and common-area upkeep, with a schedule Tue–Sat from 7:00am to 3:30pm at $18 per hour.

The position focuses on safety, cleanliness, and attentiveness to residents and property, with duties including reporting issues and maintaining equipment. A minimum of two years’ groundskeeping or janitorial experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years working in groundskeeping or janitorial.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
• Ability to react to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empty and clean ashtrays, and transport trash to disposal areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors and common areas using cleaning equipment.
• Keep storage areas and carts clean and tidy.
• Complete forms and work orders.
• Routinely inspect common areas for cleanliness and aesthetics, repaint when necessary.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Remove debris from driveways, garages, and pool areas.
• Wash outdoor walls, ceilings, and woodwork; perform waxing as needed.
• Report maintenance items to the Building Maintenance Department.
• Observe safety precautions to protect residents, guests, and property.
