Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Glen Acres community in Wichita, KS. The role focuses on general grounds maintenance, lawn care, and basic repairs to homes within the community, for a 40-hour week.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Tools may be required; on-call duties may apply, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• Own tools may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in restricted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to homes and community areas.
• Execute work orders and report status to Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds and perform lawn care as needed.
• Assist with refurbishing Community Owned homes.
• On-call availability as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of equipment.
