The role involves general grounds and lawn maintenance, plus basic repairs to homes owned by the community, for a 40-hour workweek. You will handle work orders, communicate with the Community Manager, manage safety, perform snow removal, and assist in refurbishing community-owned homes, with prior maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Min 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator s license with clean driving record.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work in restricted spaces.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• On-call availability as needed.

• Perform general grounds and lawn maintenance.
• Carry out basic home repairs for community-owned homes.
• Execute work orders and report progress to Community Manager.
• Promote respectful resident interactions and facility upkeep.
• Maintain and inspect grounds equipment and supplies.
