Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured home community safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll handle preventive maintenance, assist with home refurbishments, and respond to resident requests with a focus on safety and quality.

You will work with residents and vendors, adhere to OSHA standards, and support on-call duties. A valid in-state driver’s license and prior refurbishment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Pool operation experience are a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software on tablets/devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and home refurbishments.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, remove debris.
• Respond to service requests and inspections.
• Read water meters and identify leaks.
• Organize maintenance facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
