Job summary

CLS Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities in top condition and deliver outstanding resident service. You’ll handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs with safety and quality in mind.

You’ll also perform groundskeeping, make-ready unit preparation, and coordinate service requests with the leasing team to maximize resident satisfaction and property performance. This role requires hands-on problem solving, strong organizational skills, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
• Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry.
• Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments.
• Maintain professionalism in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting.
• Participate in company training and keep all insurances and licenses current.
