Job summary

CLS Living in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities in top condition and deliver stellar resident service. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing maintenance, and make-ready unit prep, with focus on safety and curb appeal.

You'll handle work orders, coordinate with leasing staff, document issues, and ensure compliance with codes while supporting a positive, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
• Proficient knowledge of basic electrical systems.
• Proficient knowledge of basic plumbing systems.
• Experience with make-ready unit preparation.
• Construction skills including patching, texture, painting, flooring, carpentry.
• Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents.
• Conduct daily property maintenance to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Complete work orders promptly and document damages as needed.
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to optimize resident satisfaction.
