Responsibilities include assisting with unit turns, completing minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, and maintaining grounds and exterior upkeep to boost curb appeal. This is a great step for someone with general maintenance knowledge looking to grow without HVAC or advanced repair

Formación

• Experience with general maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Willingness to perform outdoor upkeep and grounds care.
