The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of multi-tasking while delivering exceptional resident service. Prior maintenance experience and a valid driver's license are required, with flexibility for after-hours on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and negotiate stairs and ladders.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience in general maintenance and repair work.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of rental units and refurbish make-ready homes (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical).
• Handle groundskeeping: mowing, trimming, weed control, debris removal, lawn care.
• Operate and maintain water systems, meters, and related components as applicable.
• Maintain community pool; test and adjust chemical levels.
• Follow safety procedures and operate vehicles between sites.
• Assist with resident communications and on-call emergencies.
