Job summary

YES Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve safe, organized, and well-stocked community grounds. You will interact with residents and ensure timely service requests and inspections are completed, while maintaining community assets and supporting new home delivery/setup as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient workflow under the guidance of the Community Manager, with on-call duties and adherence to state safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• Experience in home refurbishment or make-ready preferred.
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing experience is a plus.
• OSHA training or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software and tablets requested.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rental inventory through preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and safe.
