Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the community grounds safe, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. You will interact with residents and ensure timely completion of service requests and inspections, while upholding safety standards and OSHA requirements.

You will support on-call after-hours, read meters, and help with new-home deliveries and set-ups. This role emphasizes teamwork and asset upkeep within a multi-property community.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required in-state.
• Previous home refurbishment or make-ready experience preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience are a plus.
• OSHA certifications or trainings are a plus.
• Proficiency with industry software products and tablets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, inventory, and assets with preventative maintenance and make-readies.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Read water meters, identify leaks, and assist with warranty/follow-up tasks.
• Assist in new home delivery/set-up and report issues to management.
• Ensure safety standards and paperwork during team/safety meetings.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles per safety policies.
