Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 55+ manufactured housing community in Everett, WA. You will maintain and repair building structures and grounds, ensuring safety and cleanliness across the property.

Pool maintenance experience is a plus. Responsibilities include landscaping, parking areas, and assisting other maintenance workers. This is a full-time hourly role with employer-paid medical, dental, and 401K after 90 days.
