Job summary

The Real Estate Management Company in Lynwood, WA seeks a maintenance technician to maintain and repair buildings and grounds across a 55+ manufactured housing community. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits.

Employer-paid medical and dental, plus a 401(k) plan after 90 days, are offered. Responsibilities include landscaping, pool area upkeep, parking lot maintenance, and routine building upkeep as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Maintains and repairs physical structures and grounds as part of a 55+ manufactured housing community.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work with maintenance team.
• Attention to safety and ability to operate basic maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders from supervisor and carries out maintenance tasks.
• Assist landscapers with grounds upkeep, mowing, trimming, and debris removal.
• Maintain and clean pool area; pool experience is a plus.
• Maintain and stripe parking areas, drains, and sidewalks; perform general repairs as directed.
• Winterize outdoor faucets and support other maintenance projects as needed.
