Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a 55+ manufactured home community in Federal Way, WA. This year-round, part-time role (20 hours/week) involves maintenance duties, pool/spa care, basic repairs, and on-call coverage.

You’ll work with a team to keep the property clean, safe, and inviting, including managing vendor appointments and safety compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably pool/spa knowledge or ability to obtain a CPO

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pool/spa knowledge or ability to learn and/or obtain CPO certificate preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and appealing property with management support.
• Attend daily meetings and communicate vendor appointments and required work.
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Move heavy objects and operate maintenance vehicle on property.
• Follow safety policies and maintain required PPE.
