Job summary

RHP Properties in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Creekside Manufactured Homes community. This full-time role involves maintenance of homes and common areas, grounds care, and basic repairs in a resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, communicating with the Community Manager, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. A valid driver’s license is required; tools may be provided by the employee. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator's license and a good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Ability to bend, stretch and access restricted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Promote goodwill by courteous, cooperative contact with residents and staff.
• Identify deficiencies and take corrective action with Community Manager approval.
• Keep community grounds manicured: rake leaves, plant flowers, mulch, trim shrubs.
• Remove garbage from grounds and resident sites to maintain appearance.
• Perform snow removal as applicable and safe.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Keep garages and storage areas organized and clean.
• Follow health and safety regulations to reduce accidents.
