Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Crescentwood Village in Sandy, UT. The role focuses on general grounds maintenance, basic home repairs, and responsive upkeep for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining grounds and common areas, and interacting with residents professionally. Applicants should have at least 2 years maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in restricted spaces.
• May need to provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely and efficiently.
• Promote goodwill by handling contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors and employees with courtesy.
• Maintain community grounds: weeds, leaves, plants, mulch, shrubs, hedges, and general lawn care.
• Remove garbage from grounds and assist with snow removal during winter.
