Job summary

The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to upkeep and care for multiple dealership locations and their grounds. You will perform lawn care, lighting maintenance, and light repairs while supporting team tasks across the network.

You will operate lawn and landscape equipment, assist with transport of vehicles, and participate in routine facility maintenance to keep facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of landscaping and lawn maintenance tools and methods.
• Ability to operate light and heavy equipment used for groundskeeping.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and replace lighting fixtures and bulbs.
• Participate in various general maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor wall/drywall repairs and painting; address minor plumbing issues.
• Maintain parking lots and signage; clear storm water grates; paint curbs and stripes; fill potholes.
• Transport tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles as needed, occasionally using the tow truck.
• Build and ground maintenance along with grass cutting and landscaping responsibilities.
