Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking a facility-services professional to ensure a productive environment for delivering top-notch dealership services. The role entails hands-on maintenance, on-site repairs, and coordinating with housekeeping and vendors to meet service levels.

You will support the General Manager and help manage daily tasks, events, and repairs across locations, requiring a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to ensure a productive environment to enable delivery of facility services.
• Hands-on ability to perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership.
• Self-starter who can manage daily tasks and time efficiently.
• Assist our senior facility manager at other locations as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key employees, management and outside vendors, while being heavily involved in hands-on maintenance.
• Has continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met.
• Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment and systems.
• Assists in special event setup and activities.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
