Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or general repair experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs across dealership locations.
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, door hardware, ceiling tiles, faucets, etc.
• Assemble, move, install, and repair furniture, shelving, signs and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and common areas; report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to maintenance requests from departments and management.
• Assist with showroom, offices, service areas, restrooms, and parking lots maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors when directed by management.
• Travel between Riverside Metro Auto Group locations as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
