Job summary

The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep all buildings and grounds in top condition across our locations.

Responsibilities include grass cutting, snow removal, operating large vehicles, and transporting dealership vehicles, with daily maintenance support across all dealerships. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and replace lighting fixtures and bulbs.
• Participate in various general maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor wall/drywall repairs and painting; address minor plumbing issues (e.g., faucet washers, clogged toilets, fountains, irrigation).
• Maintain parking lots and signage, clear storm water grates, paint curbs and stripes lots, and fill potholes.
• Transport tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles as needed, occasionally using the tow truck.
• Building & Ground Maintenance along with grass cutting and landscaping responsibilities.
