Job summary

The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep all dealership buildings and grounds in top condition across our locations. You will perform landscaping, lighting maintenance, and light repairs, while transporting tools and vehicles as needed.

Daily duties include grass cutting, snow removal, operating large vehicles, and supporting colleagues to complete tasks safely and efficiently in a family-owned business trusted for 40 years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in landscaping and lawn maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and replace lighting fixtures and bulbs.
• Participate in various general maintenance tasks.
• Perform minor wall/drywall repairs and painting; address minor plumbing issues.
• Maintain parking lots and signage, clear storm water grates, paint curbs and stripes lots, and fill potholes.
• Transport tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles as needed, occasionally using the tow truck.
• Building & Ground Maintenance along with grass cutting and landscaping responsibilities.
