Job summary

C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to upkeep buildings and grounds across all locations, ensuring facilities are safe and productive. You will perform lawn care, snow removal, light vehicle transport, and assist with daily maintenance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to operate mowing equipment and basic tools. This role offers growth opportunities within our family-owned dealership network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with lawn and grounds maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain lighting and grounds fixtures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks across multiple dealerships.
• Repair minor plumbing and paint as needed.
• Maintain parking lots, signage, and curb markings; assist with pothole repairs.
• Transport tools, equipment, and vehicles; may operate tow truck.
• Execute building and grounds maintenance, including grass cutting and landscaping.
