Sun Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities in Hudson, FL. You will handle repairs to homes, facilities, and grounds while ensuring safety and welcoming curb appeal.

Responsibilities include routine upkeep, snow removal when needed, and assisting with move-in readiness. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in apartments or manufactured housing and basic tools proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in maintenance experience in apartment/manufactured housing preferred.
• 6 months snow removal experience preferred.
• 6 months general maintenance knowledge and repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair homes, facilities, grounds, and utilities.
• Perform routine outdoor maintenance including snow removal where applicable.
• Ensure community cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety across sites.
• Inspect play areas, pools, and facilities and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist with move-in/move-out spotting and site readiness.
