Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in general maintenance/construction work preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various environments including high places.
• Good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, physical fitness, and balance.
• Professional manner when responding to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers in performing electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or masonry work.
• Maintain and upkeep building, ground, and equipment.
• Communicate directly with customers and supervisors, informing them of unexpected or additional repairs and determining customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure completed work meets quality control standards.
• Make diagnoses and suggest solutions and repairs to customers and supervisors.
• Communicate with scheduler to update status of repairs, estimate completion dates, and additional material requirements.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
