Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a General Maintenance Associate for the Fort Campbell, KY site. You will perform maintenance across rental units, offices, and outdoor spaces, addressing plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as part of a federal facility team.

The role requires basic trades skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to follow written and spoken instructions. A REAL ID compliant ID is required to access the federal facility; training and safety procedures are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Current driver's license in good standing.
• Basic competency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades.
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment for daily duties.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow directions.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and complete maintenance work orders.
• Install and connect stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and other appliances.
• Transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Repair and fabricate window/door screens and frames.
• Move and stack materials and supplies as directed.
• Assist with general repairs to building structures and systems.
• Maintain vehicle and track parts as prescribed.
