Job summary

Affordable Housing Alliance, a Monmouth County nonprofit, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and repair apartment facilities across sites. You will collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Property Managers, ensuring safety and compliance while maintaining high property standards.

The role requires coordinating emergency calls, maintaining stock, and supporting capital planning and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and apartment common areas.
• Ability to manage and prioritize daily work orders.
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily work orders and communicate progress.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs to maintain property conditions.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and Property Managers on tasks and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housing standards, and warranty guidelines.
• Maintain organized maintenance spaces and manage supplies.
