C.H. Guenther & Son in Denton, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of food processing equipment and facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and document activities in the CMMS while maintaining sanitation and safety.

This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, PLC understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial manufacturing; automated food environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC/relay logic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime; respond to unscheduled issues.
• Maintain sanitation and safety; adhere to GMP, HACCP, OSHA requirements.
• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, quality, and safety personnel.
