Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep food manufacturing equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, mixers, refrigeration, and facility systems; diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems; document repairs in the CMMS; and coordinate with production to minimize downtime. The role requires problem solving, teamwork with operators and engineers, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical school preferred.
5 years in industrial manufacturing, preferably automated food processing.
Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in the CMMS.
Collaborate with production, engineering and safety teams; adhere to GMP/HACCP/OSHA.
