Job summary

You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, read blueprints, interpret wiring diagrams, and support preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include reviewing work orders in SAP, performing hands-on repairs, fabricating replacement parts when needed, and ensuring safety protocols and GMPs are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance or 4 years in food manufacturing maintenance.
• Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with contractors.
• Must operate forklifts/scissor/genie lifts and follow instructions.
• Ability to read work orders, write daily reports, and follow equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Efficient work order and emergency response using SAP to create work orders.
• Hands-on maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
• Install and maintain systems, electrical controls, piping and utilities.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and GMP safety standards.
• Use small hand tools and fabricate replacement parts as needed.
