Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to keep the Washington, PA property safe, functional, and guest-ready. This on-site role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting to uphold standards.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, inspecting equipment, and aiding room readiness while following safety protocols. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical and carpentry.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify.
• Must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in guest rooms, common areas, and facility systems.
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs using hand/power tools and testing equipment.
• Inspect PTAC units, appliances, lighting, locks, and basic fixtures.
• Complete service requests and report unresolved issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance workspaces and storage areas.
• Perform exterior maintenance including siding, roofing, and landscaping tasks.
• Move furniture, replace flooring, and prep guest rooms when needed.
• Assist with occasional cleaning or laundry duties as assigned.
• Support urgent maintenance needs, including after-hours emergencies.
