The Westover Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for PARK CITY APTS in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, handling service requests, and ensuring safe, clean units and common areas.

You will work with leasing and maintenance staff, diagnose HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, and participate in on-site training while maintaining logs. The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm) with benefits, a $1000 sign-on bonus, and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to use standard hand and power tools safely.
• Experience with routine maintenance tasks and responsive service requests.
• Comfort with on-call duties and working in a property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit commitment to service needs of internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Maintain professional and courteous company representation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, and preventative maintenance to units and common areas; assume additional duties as assigned.
• Share on-call responsibilities.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; attend in-house training as required.
• Maintain current preventative maintenance logs.
