Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our property safe, functional, and comfortable for guests and staff. You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping, and respond to service requests with attention to timely, quality work.

The role requires problem-solving, hands-on skills, and a commitment to guest experience. On-site location with potential after-hours support and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous maintenance or facilities experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, and general construction.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Employment is subject to E-Verify verification and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to guest rooms, common areas, and facility systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance problems and complete repairs with tools and testing equipment.
• Inspect PTAC units, appliances, lighting, locks, and basic fixtures.
• Complete service requests and report issues to the General Manager.
