ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) in Houston, TX 77008 to provide skilled maintenance and ensure high resident satisfaction. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver timely repairs and uphold safety standards.

The role offers full-time hours with benefits including insurance options, housing discounts, and a strong 401k plan, with potential for growth to Maintenance Supervisor based on performance.

Qualifications

Maintains plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances knowledge.
EPA certification preferred; if not held, must obtain within 90 days at the property.
Driver's license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance proof.

Responsibilities

Perform independent technical maintenance repairs across systems and appliances.
Complete apartment turnovers within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
Maintain common areas: cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, and pressure washing.
Monitor exterior building issues (roof, siding, shutters) and report findings.
Support preventive maintenance programs and ensure safe equipment conditions.
Keep inventory of tools and maintain clean, safe workspaces.
