Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred, to be obtained within 90 days if required.
• Previous maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance repairs as required.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within three to five business days.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning and upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior for issues.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program.
