Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet turnover deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work on-call hours and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Complete apartment turnovers within 3–5 business days with checklist adherence.
• Maintain common areas and assist with exterior property upkeep and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and safely operate/work with building equipment.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor.
