Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of supplies and lighting needs.
• Assist skilled trades such as electricians, HVAC techs, plumbers.
• Inspect equipment for excessive noise and heat.
• Read gauges, record readings, and maintain logs.
• Lubricate fans and motors; replace worn belts and filters.
• Disassemble and assemble sheet metal components and control units.
• Work off-site and/or independently as required.
