Exeter Hospital, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine servicing of equipment and machinery, including generators, fire safety systems, and lighting.

You will operate, test, and inspect equipment to ensure reliability and safety. Requirements include 1–3 years in a similar role, a high school diploma or GED, technical school experience, ability to read engineering drawings, computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Formación

• 1-3 years experience or in similar work role.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Technical School experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation and engineering drawings.
• Computer skills.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Satisfactory Driving Record.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory of belts, chains, lubricants, filters, and lighting needs.
• Provide general assistance to skilled trades such as electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and other maintenance personnel.
• Inspect equipment to detect excessive noise and heat.
• Read thermometers and gauges, record readings, and maintain records and logs such as boiler logs and building logs.
• Lubricate fans, motors, and other mechanical parts.
• Inspect and replace worn and frayed belts.
• Inspect and replace air, water, and oil filters.
• Disassemble and assemble sheet metal components, fans, motors, and control units.
• Work off-site and/or independently as required.
