Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Portland, OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support residents by delivering timely service, quality move-ins, and attentive care.

You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident requests promptly, and handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs to keep property safe and welcoming. On-call duties may be required, and you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor while following all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and appropriate EPA certification required.
• Ability to read and follow safety manuals and technical documents.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with repairs, cleaning, and painting.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; handle on-site safety and reporting.
• Attend trainings and follow Cushman & Wakefield policies.
